Hotel Alexander Zurich Old Town provided a fantastic base for our stay in the city. the central location made it easy to explore Zurich's landmarks and the old town's narrow streets and alleys. the room was modern and efficiently designed, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. the complimentary water, soft drinks, and beers in the minibar were a nice touch, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. the staff, especially Noelle and Katharina, were incredibly helpful, assisting us with everything from boarding passes to directions. the lobby's 24/7 espresso and coffee service kept us fueled for our adventures. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, and overall comfortable experience. Perfect for a memorable Swiss adventure with friends or loved ones.
